These terms apply when you use services from Brael AS (Brael). By using Brael, you agree to these terms.

Your content

• You own all content you upload or create.
• You give Brael permission to host and display your content only to provide the services.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or break any laws.

Data and privacy

• We don’t share your data with third parties, except for trusted suppliers who help run the services (hosting, payments, etc.).
• We never use your data to train AI/ML models unless you explicitly opt in.
• We take security seriously, but no online service is 100% secure. Use Brael at your own risk.

URL slugs and brand names

• Brael can reclaim any URL slug at any time, but we will give reasonable notice beforehand.
• Registered trademarks have priority for their brand names.

Pricing and fair use

• If you choose a discounted plan (e.g., for solo/nonprofit) but don’t qualify, we’ll notify you and adjust your plan to the correct price.
• "Unlimited" quotas are subject to fair use. Abuse (e.g., excessive storage, spam) is not allowed.

What you can’t do

• Don’t use Brael for illegal or harmful activities.
• Don’t upload content that infringes on others’ rights.
• Don’t interfere with or disrupt the services.

Our responsibilities

• We provide the services "as is"". We don’t guarantee they will be perfect or always available.
• We are not liable for any financial loss caused by errors or issues with Brael.

Changes & termination

• We can update these terms anytime. If you keep using Brael, you accept the changes.
• You can stop using Brael anytime. We can suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms.

Jurisdiction

• Brael is based in Norway. Any disputes will be handled in Norwegian courts under Norwegian law.
